Stateless ISO 20022 Validator Layer

Compliance infrastructure for blockchain — without custody, without keys.

We build lightweight validators that read public-chain data, score risk, and export audit-ready ISO 20022 XML. Designed for developers, useful for enterprises, and clear for regulators.

Mission & Vision

Mission

Reduce counterparty risk in Web3 by making wallet behavior explainable and audit-ready. Our stateless validators act as a compliance checkpoint between wallets and institutions.

Vision

Become the most accessible compliance & validation layer for Web3 — simple public APIs for builders, ISO-aligned exports for enterprises, and transparency for regulators.

What We Are — and What We Are Not

Not a Payment Rail. Not Consensus.

We do not move funds, settle payments, or run network consensus. We analyze public-chain activity and produce compliance artifacts that existing systems can understand.

Positioning: A stateless validator layer that improves trust without changing how value settles.

Why Banks & Blockchains Need This

Blockchains speak hashes and RPC; banks speak ISO 20022 XML. Without a neutral validation/export layer, due diligence is slow and costly. We bridge the formats so screening can happen before exposure.

What We Export

We map wallet observations into ISO 20022 structures (e.g., pain.001 for customer credit transfer initiation; pacs.008 for FI-to-FI credit transfer). These are used by banks, PSPs, and auditors worldwide.

InfoSec & Compliance

Security Principles

  • Stateless by design — no private keys, seeds, or PII stored.
  • TLS 1.3 enforced by platform; HSTS and strict security headers.
  • Rate limiting, circuit breakers, and graceful API fallbacks.
  • Static analysis & dependency checks; CWE-aware fixes.
  • GDPR/PDPA conscious — read-only public data only.

Compliance Outputs

ISO 20022-aligned XML (pain.001; pacs.008 planned) to support audit workflows for enterprises and regulators. Reports are informational and do not initiate payments.

We welcome third-party security reviews as scope stabilizes.

Roadmap

Q4 2025 — Stabilization

Harden MVPs, monitor Risk Engine v1 (rules-based), refine ISO mapping and public docs.

Q1 2026 — Expansion

AI-assisted scoring, pacs.008 export, full architecture & security documentation.

Q2 2026 — Ecosystem & Adoption

Public API (/validate, /export/iso20022), SDKs (JS/Py), Compliance Report Bundle, 2+ pilots.

Research & Publications

Connecting Banking Systems with Blockchain

A research paper authored under ADCX Lab, exploring how ISO 20022 financial messaging standards can bridge traditional banking systems with blockchain-based stateless validators.

  • Focus: interoperability, audit frameworks, and validator architecture.
  • Includes: ISO 20022 mapping (pain.001 / pacs.008) and compliance logic design.
  • Published: October 2025 · Author: Muhammad Yusri Adib

Key Insights

The research highlights how stateless validation frameworks enhance compliance without requiring custody by:

  • Using ephemeral data for privacy-preserving risk scoring.
  • Exporting standardized ISO 20022 XML for audit traceability.
  • Bridging regulatory readiness between Web3 and traditional finance.

Supports ADCX Lab’s long-term strategy for institutional and cross-chain adoption.

Who It’s For

  • Wallets, dApps, or exchanges needing pre-transaction checks.
  • Fintechs/PSPs needing ISO-aligned audit artifacts from on-chain data.
  • Enterprises exploring RWA tokenization with bank-readable reports.
  • Auditors/regulators seeking explainable wallet evidence.

Engagement Options

  • Sandbox pilot: scoped endpoints, rate-limited access, sample ISO exports.
  • Integration support: SDKs (JS/Py) and mapping guides.
  • Co-dev: prioritize features for your compliance workflow.
  • For VC/Grants: staged milestones tied to adoption and security reviews.
